Best program I have ever done. Its complete, and the results are undeniable. Goin' into my 3rd year now and haven't looked back. Looks at abs and upper arms....yessir!

I recommend PPL start out slowly and build up a discipline with it, especially the Ab Ripper program. Its very serious. Don't think that U will start out with from jump.....its that serious.
